What does being a foster mean?
Fostering an animal means providing a loving environment for them, and helping to prepare them for their forever home and family. You will have an animal that loves you and is eternally grateful for helping them find a loving family
What will it cost?
House of Misfits does not provide food and materials for the animals - so expect normal pet expenses.
How do people adopt my foster?
When they are available, all fosters are posted on our PetFinder website, along with being featured on our Facebook if possible. From there, potential adopters can apply on PetFinder!
What if I already have pets?
Some foster animals do well with other friends, while some need a more quiet space - we will let you know which ones would fit great within your current home!
